 WNJ Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we obtain and how we use any information that we receive online.

At Wallwork Nelson & Johnson Chartered Accountants (“WNJ”), we respect your right to privacy and we understand that a visitor to any website operated by WNJ needs to control the use of their personal information. Our Privacy Policy details the measures taken by WNJ to protect your privacy in connection with your use of www.wnj.co.uk and other websites owned by WNJ and collectively referred to as the “Sites”.

WNJ appreciates that feedback received from visitors to the Sites is very sensitive to the privacy concerns of those visitors. In fulfilment of this, WNJ has developed this Privacy Policy, and you should read it carefully before submitting personal information. Your use of the Sites is your consent to this Privacy Policy.

WNJ does not automatically collect personal information from visitors to the Sites. We do not use cookies, or digital information that some website providers can invisibly transmit to their visitor’s hard drives so that they can control future interactions with those visitors. If we begin to use this type of technology in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy.

WNJ uses information collected through web user enquiries, registrations, job applications and promotions to learn about our audience and to obtain valuable feedback about our services. Your user information helps us tailor the content and our services to your current and future needs. For this reason, we may ask you to register or to provide personal information when you enquire about our services or subscribe to a newsletter and/or visit certain areas of the Sites. If you choose not to register you may not have access to areas that require personal identification. We use email addresses to only notify people of a response to their emailed enquiries, upcoming promotions or ongoing business activity of mutual interest. We do not share this information with any third parties.

WNJ does not intend to collect any personal information from children under 13 unless WNJ believes such collection to be permitted by law. WNJ does not permit children under the age of 13 to register for anything that requires submission of personally identifiable information. It is the policy of WNJ that visitors under 13 years of age should not submit any personal information to the Sites whatsoever. We believe that parents and/or guardians should supervise their children’s online activities. We encourage concerned parents to utilise readily available software tools to ensure that their children are only exposed to ‘child friendly’ sites and that their children are prevented from disclosing their name, address and other personally identifying information online.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please ensure that you check this Privacy Policy regularly for any updates.
